Spandrel panels from Kingspan Potton are an effective single-trade solution that speeds up the roof erection time on-site. Manufactured by Kingspan, the spandrel panels are supplied to match the profile of the roof and are fire and sound rated in compliance with the Building Regulations and NHBC. They remove the need to build up masonry party walls into the roof space and hence can speed up the build programme. The spandrel panels are installed alongside the trusses, by the roofer, to form a fully compliant dividing wall in accordance with the Building Regulations.
